How to Book an Event

  • Click on the "BOOK US" button to be taken to an inquiry form.
  • Gina or John (owners) will contact you to discuss your event.
  • A contract will be sent to you via email once details are discussed.
  • A signed contract, half the event fee + a non-refundable deposit of $150 are due at signing to consider an event confirmed. 
  • The remaining balance is due a week before the event. Any additional overage fees will be due within 15 days of event end date. 
  • Payment can be made via Credit Card or ACH. 
  • Should you need to cancel your event, all monies collected, minus the non-refundable booking fee, will be returned as long as the cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Policies

  • Brewtique will need access to the event at least 1 hour prior for set-up and 1 hour following for breakdown.
  • It is the responsibility of the event host to ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event.
  • Brewtique will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the event. The event host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brewtique and its employees from any claims arising from the event.
  • Brewtique is not responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, or other unforeseen emergencies.
